Our honey harvest for 2011 was pretty small (given the poor weather) and is sold out.  We will start taking email reservations of 2012 honey around July.

We typically sell pints, quarts, and 4x4 inch sections of comb honey.  Our honey is packaged in glass mason jars.  If you return the jar, you receive 50 cents off your next jar.

Our standard processing is light filtering, meaning the honey has been run through a layer of cheese-cloth to remove large particles.  This is otherwise an unprocessed honey; it is not heated and contains small portions of everything you would find in a beehive, such as pollen, wax, propolis, and, to be perfectly honest, bee parts (of course, they are much too small to identify).

We can also produce other products of the hive, such as pollen, propolis, and beeswax, but we haven’t seen much demand for these items, so we will only produce them as custom orders.  If you want something special, just let us know.
